1:Order

When initiating contact via email for a commission, please include the following details:

  1. Purpose of the Illustration: Specify the intended use of the artwork, such as for website display, in a video, or for print.

  2. Size Requirements: Indicate your preferred dimensions, up to a maximum of 15,000 pixels or 317mm on the longest side. Please note that larger sizes may not be feasible due to production environment limitations.

  3. Resolution: Choose a resolution between 72dpi to 1200dpi. If you are unsure, the default setting will be 600dpi.

  4. File Format: Specify the desired file format for delivery. Options include JPEG, PNG, BMP, PSD, or PDF.

  5. Design Concept: Provide a detailed description of the design you have in mind. Including references to existing characters or photos similar to your envisioned concept can be very helpful. Alternatively, you can leave the creative direction to me.

  6. Composition: If it's challenging to describe in words, feel free to provide reference photographs. This element can also be left to my discretion.

  7. Character Settings: Detailed character settings help in creating more nuanced artwork. If you don’t have specific settings, that’s fine too; I can work with creative freedom.

  8. Usage Agreement: Confirm whether the completed work may be uploaded to other sites at the discretion of the client.

If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us.

2:Payment
As soon as you agree to the above order, you will be asked to deposit your money into the designated account or Paypal account within 2 weeks.

3:proposal and confirmation
I will create an initial rough draft based on the information you provide and present it to you for review.

Please take a look at this draft.

If everything meets your expectations, we will proceed to the next stage of the process.

I offer up to five revisions to ensure the final work aligns with your vision.

Please note that additional charges will apply for any revisions requested beyond the five.

4: Book production
I will create the artwork based on your initial rough concept.

Unless a specific deadline is provided, the completion of the work generally takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks.

5: Final confirmation.
For the final confirmation, a scaled-down version of the deliverable will be provided.

The completed work can be revised up to two times, excluding major changes.

(Additional charges will apply for revisions beyond the third time.)

6: Delivery

Once payment is confirmed, we will deliver the commissioned work in the initially specified file format.

This marks the completion of the entire process.

The price of the illustration is subject to change based on the current JPY-USD exchange rate.

If a commission is canceled partway through, a refund will be issued proportionate to the extent of progress made.

For example, if the work is 50% complete, a 50% refund will be provided.

In the event that I am unable to continue the commission due to my own circumstances, I will halt the work and issue a full refund.

Please note that if the commission is discontinued, under no circumstances is there permission to use any part of the illustration, including rough drafts.
